P$YNNER is an award-winning artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Product Design from Parsons School of Design in NYC. In 1997, she received a grant from Robert Rauchenberg's foundation, Change, Inc., and in 2004, won the award for Best Emerging Artist at Raymond James Gasparilla of the Arts in Tampa, FL. In 2009, she was featured on HGTV's "That's Clever!" and in 2010 won 1st Place in Creative HomeArts Magazine's "Toy Design Competition." Her work has been published in numerous books, such as THE ALTERED TOY PROJECT, THE ENCYCLOPEDIA OF TAROT VOLUME 4, and THE PERFECT BAG; and in the magazines, "Altered Couture," "Art Doll Quarterly," and "Haute Handbags."
